Camera-ready Submission

Camera-ready manuscripts for NCA 2026 must be uploaded through the IEEE CPS site at the following links:

IEEE copyright form must be completed through the same submission website. That website also links to IEEE PDF eXpress for verification of the compliance of the manuscript with the IEEE formatting requirements (see below).

Please, make sure to upload the camera-ready at the correct link above, based on the type of your manuscript.

Please, do not submit camera-ready papers or copyright forms through EDAS. Camera-ready submissions uploaded in EDAS will not be considered.

At least one author of each paper must register to the conference. The registration must also cover any applicable overlength page charges. See registration information at the Registration page .

All the steps listed above must be completed by September 25, 2026  September 30, 2026 (AoE).

Please note that papers not complying with the instructions below may be excluded from the conference proceedings and from publication on IEEE Xplore. The conference organizers also reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
